Reading and audio help

Use the Accessibility button at the bottom of any page to enlarge text, increase contrast, reduce motion, underline links or listen to the page. Read-aloud uses the current visible content and does not read information you enter in the contact form.

Voice availability depends on your browser and operating system. Translated audio is available in browsers that provide a supported translation capability; otherwise you can use the browser’s page translation feature and then read the translated page aloud. Machine translation may contain errors. If speech is unavailable, use your device’s screen reader or contact us.

Keyboard navigation

Use Tab to move through links and controls, Enter or Space to activate buttons, and the “Skip to content” link to move to the main content. The helper opens a keyboard-accessible dialog; Escape closes it. Browser zoom is also supported.

Report a barrier or request assistance

If any part of the site is difficult to use, contact helpdesk@grapecomm.net or 707-395-4110. Include the page, the difficulty and your preferred way to receive help. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.

Our approach

We aim to improve usability with reference to WCAG 2.2 AA. The helper supplements the site’s semantic structure, form labels and keyboard controls. It does not guarantee ADA compliance or replace accessibility evaluation. Third-party form checks and remote support software may have separate accessibility limitations. Contact us for another way to complete your request.
