This website provides general information about Grapevine Communications services. Product descriptions, compatibility, availability and service details can change. We aim to keep information accurate, but website content does not guarantee a particular result or replace a project-specific assessment.

Inquiries, appointments and service agreements

Submitting a form requests a response; it does not book an appointment, place an order or establish a service contract. Preferred visit times require confirmation. Pricing, scope, service levels, warranties and support arrangements are established in a written proposal or agreement.

Technology and security disclaimer

No technology, security product, backup or internet service eliminates all risk or guarantees uninterrupted operation. Recovery capabilities depend on the agreed configuration and service. Carrier and third-party service availability is outside our direct control.

Remote support authorization

Use ScreenConnect only when coordinating with a Grapevine technician. You must be authorized to permit access to the device. Review the permissions requested, close private information and follow your organization’s rules. Ask your technician how to end the session and whether any installed agent remains for separately agreed ongoing support. Opening a link alone does not authorize unattended access or create a support agreement.

Appropriate use and ownership

Do not misuse this website, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material. Site branding and content belong to their respective owners. References to third-party brands identify the products discussed and do not transfer intellectual property rights.

To the extent permitted by law, website information is provided without warranties of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
