Grapevine Communications
Privacy Policy
How Grapevine Communications handles website inquiries, technical information and privacy requests.
Effective date: September 6, 2026
Lavish Theaters Corp., doing business as Grapevine Communications (“Grapevine,” “we,” “us” or “our”), respects the confidentiality of information entrusted to us. We handle personal information for legitimate business purposes and use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the services involved.
This Privacy Policy explains our handling of information through this website and related sales and support communications. It describes our practices; it is not a guarantee of absolute security or a substitute for a written service agreement.
1. Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to website visitors, people making inquiries and our related business communications. Where we process information within a customer’s systems at that customer’s direction, the applicable service agreement, instructions and legal requirements govern that work. The customer remains responsible for its own notices, permissions and authority to provide access. Requests about records controlled by a customer should generally be directed to that customer.
This policy does not govern independent third-party websites, applications or services merely because we link to them. Nothing in this policy limits obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
2. Information collected
- Contact and inquiry information: name, email address, request type and any business name, phone number, location or message you choose to supply. We may retain related correspondence and records of our response.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, request times, page addresses, security and diagnostic records, and—when permitted—analytics identifiers and website usage events.
- Preferences: cookie choices and accessibility settings stored in your browser.
- Support information: information you provide or authorize a technician to access for a requested support session, subject to your service arrangement.
Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive records through the general contact form. If you provide information about someone else or permit access to a business device, you must have appropriate authority to do so.
3. Legitimate business uses
We use information as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries; evaluate and prepare proposals; coordinate appointments and services; maintain customer and business records; operate, troubleshoot and secure the website; prevent misuse and fraud; improve our content and services; and establish, exercise or defend legal rights. We may retain or disclose records to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or contractual obligations.
Submitting an inquiry authorizes us to respond about that inquiry. It does not automatically enroll you in a marketing list or create a service agreement. If we send optional marketing communications, you may request that they stop; necessary service or administrative messages may continue.
4. Service providers and other disclosures
We may provide information to hosting, email, form-processing, analytics, security and support providers when reasonably needed for the purposes above. Access and disclosures should be appropriate to the function involved. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers, insurers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, address suspected misuse, protect people or systems, resolve disputes or defend our rights.
Information may be transferred in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality arrangements. We may use aggregated or deidentified information for legitimate business analysis, subject to applicable restrictions on reidentification.
Current website services: FormSubmit processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to our sales mailbox; its spam protection may involve Google reCAPTCHA. Google Analytics measures website use after your consent. ScreenConnect operates on a separate site for remote assistance. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. See FormSubmit’s terms, Google’s Privacy Policy and ConnectWise’s Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies, Google Analytics and browser choices
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and use after you accept optional analytics. Google may process analytics identifiers, usage events, device and browser information, and approximate geographic information derived from technical data. Our integration does not intentionally send contact-form contents to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the site’s tag configuration.
The Google tag is blocked until you opt in. You can reject optional analytics and continue using the website, or withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off. Necessary hosting, security and requested form processing may still operate. This website is not configured to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
See our Cookie Policy for browser storage and duration. Browser controls and privacy tools may also block or clear cookies. Our controls apply to this site and do not manage storage on separate third-party websites.
6. Professional handling, security and retention
We seek to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure using reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the operational context. Access should be limited to personnel and providers with a legitimate business need. No website, network, email system or storage method can be guaranteed secure or error-free. Please contact helpdesk@grapecomm.net promptly if you believe information submitted to us has been compromised.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for its business purpose and applicable obligations. Relevant factors include the nature of the inquiry or relationship, service requirements, accounting and legal duties, disputes, investigations and the need to prevent misuse. A deletion request does not require removal of information we are legally permitted or required to retain. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle, subject to appropriate restrictions.
Our preference cookie and configured analytics cookies have a 180-day lifespan, subject to browser limits and earlier deletion. Accessibility settings remain until reset or browser storage is cleared. Analytics records are governed by the property’s configured retention settings and Google’s applicable practices; cookie expiry does not itself delete server-held records. FormSubmit reports that unconfirmed submissions may be held for up to 30 days pending activation.
7. Accessibility tools and remote support
The accessibility helper reads current visible page text and excludes contact-form entries. Reading preferences are stored locally. Speech uses voices supplied by your browser or operating system, some of which may use online services. Translated audio uses a supported browser translation capability only when requested.
ScreenConnect access should be authorized only for work arranged with our team. Close unrelated confidential material before a session. Authorized support may involve viewing your screen, controlling the device and accessing information needed for the work. Persistent support access, if agreed, is governed by your service arrangement. Do not grant access to devices you are not authorized to manage.
8. Privacy requests and applicable rights
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you provided, or to ask about our handling of it. We may request reasonable information to verify identity, authority and the scope of a request. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate method. We respond as required by applicable law and may apply lawful exceptions or retain records of the request.
Where California privacy law applies to the business and request, eligible residents may have rights to know and access personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, limit qualifying uses of sensitive personal information and exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination. Authorized agents may submit requests subject to verification. These rights are subject to the statute’s scope and exceptions. See the California Attorney General’s privacy guidance.
If another jurisdiction’s privacy law applies, we will address requests in accordance with that law, including applicable rights to object, restrict processing, obtain a copy, withdraw consent or contact a competent privacy authority. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate lawful processing that occurred before withdrawal.
9. Children, changes and service terms
This business website is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it. We may update this policy as services, practices or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version; additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
The applicable written agreement governs purchased services, including scope, confidentiality, responsibilities, warranties and liability. This policy does not expand contractual warranties or waive legal defenses. Our Website Terms also apply to website use, subject to nonwaivable law.
